Apply Blink Gel to the nail making sure you cover the whole nail except the free edge.
Hold the foil taunt with both hands and press it to the nail.
Lightly buff the free edge to remove any foil that may be there.
Then, apply NO CLEAN top coat (thicker formula) over the foil & cap the free edge, cure.
